Rainy Day Wedding at the Santa Lucia Riverclub at Ballantrae

It’s always great to be shooting a wedding at the Santa Lucia Riverclub at Ballantrae. One of our favorites for sure. The weather of late, was up to its old tricks yet again, as the skies were hit or miss all day. Luckily they “missed” just long enough to get the ceremony inn, only to “hit” as soon as we started the formals. With the sunset time fast approaching we managed to get through the formals by resuming them on the veranda overlooking the river. The rain let up just enough again for us to get in some romantics and a wee bit of a sunset, before yet again beginning fall. But after that, everything was inside for dinner and dancing. They had a real rock and roll band which was so very refreshing as they played crowd favorites all night long. Check out a few of our faves below!
