Dual Beach Venue Wedding Winds up at Shuckers

So our run of consecutive beach weddings continued this week once again. Slated for Island Beach Resort (aka Shuckers), however, the beach seems to have shrunk there, leaving no room for a ceremony. Rather than attempt to move indoors, we just slid down the beach a mile or so to the Courtyard Marriott, where an ample amount of beach remains. Of course a holiday weekend at the beach also means lots of onlookers, many of whom sadly don’t have any respect for such an occasion, but despite everything, we were able to get our couple officially married before returning to Shuckers for the reception festivities. Weddings by Rachel officiated and handled all the planning and coordinating of this multivenue affair. Sarandipty Florals really outdid herself again, and Cupcake Freaks also brought a very cool nautical themed wedding cake and of course Lori and the staff at Shuckers together with Rachel had the place looking its very best!
