Full Moon Fever Wedding at Ballantrae
So, another wedding in the books….ho hum right? Ha!! Not so fast! For this was the evening of the Wolf Moon, and we were once again headed to one of our favorite reception venues later in the afternoon; The Santa Lucia Riverclub at Ballantrae! First off we started at IRP Marriott for the getting ready action, where we found Susanne from La Petite Fleur assisting our bride into the fabulous custom bridal gown she crafted. Then they hopped into a big stretch limo from Cobblestone Limo, and then after the ceremony at St Josephs, it was back to IRP again to see their guests off on a short bon voyage river cruise aboard the Island Princess while we scooted over to Ballantrae. We also wanted to formulate a few new spots to add to our repertoire of shots at Ballantrae , so we started thinking outside the box, and took a bit of a stroll, and found some soon to be favorite locations! Then the full moon rose over the horizon, so we had a quick go at that with some very cool results as well. Then we turned things over to Maria and her staff at the club, where their new chef cooked up some fantastic new food which was all the rave! As for the party…well there was a 10pc band who rocked all manner of musical genre’s right up to closing time! Click read more to see some of our favorites!!
