Ft Pierce “Yacht Club” Wedding Fun

Saturday’s wedding took us once again to the Ft Pierce Yacht Club (no there aren’t any yachts), but there was a lot of fun!!  After getting them hitched at the Church, they took the trolley over to FPYC which was a fun ride in itself.  Then we turned the party over to DJ Boz (Josh) from the Entertainment Connection where he did his usual great job even with a cast on his foot!!   Everyone had a terrific time as Naomi and Mike partied their way through the evening.

Beach Session Turns Into Impromptu Trash the Dress

We had a blast with this portrait session which started under the canopy of huge banyan trees on Bridge rd, and ended near Blowing Rocks beach. Our couple changed from their typical portrait style attire into evening attire for the beach part of the session, which looked awesome as the waves broke around them. Shortly after that they even said what the heck and played in the rolling surf. This shot is just a teaser, the rest will come after our couple has a chance to come in and check em out!

Willoughby Wedding Spectacular

Saturday found us once again at one of our favorite venues in the area:  Willoughby CC in Palm City.   David and his crew had the place looking spectacular as usual, and no detail was left unattended.  Once we got em hitched at the church,  and returned to Willoughby, we turned the party over to DJ Harry G of the Entertainment Connection, and they simply rocked the house till the party was over!!!  You can check out more pix by clicking>>>> Read the rest of this entry »

Small Wedding, Big Results

Saturday’s wedding was by some definitions a “small” event.   Taking place in clubhouse pool area of a local apartment complex, with maybe 30 people total.  No huge party following the ceremony,  just some good food, shared with some good friends and family.  Thing is, when you look at the images, you’d never know this was a small event.   We get calls all the time from prospective brides saying they only “need small coverage” cause they are having a “small wedding”.   Thing is, the emotions are not any smaller, nor the commitment, nor the love shared.   Similarly, neither are the picture possibilities as demonstrated by the range of images captured in just 4 hours.  From arrival to departure, thats all the time we were there.  This bride and groom will still have well over 400 stunning images to cherish for the rest of their lives.  Its not about how many are celebrating with you, nor the length of the event.  Its about what you do with that time.   Weddings of this nature are a nice departure from the “normal” size events, in that everyone is so close…both literally and figuratively.   The intimacy permitted us for this type of event is very special indeed.   Anyway,  to see the pix just click>>>> Read the rest of this entry »

Tradition Town Hall Wedding Magic

Saturday was a busy day for BCI Photo.  Three weddings all starting about the same time.  I shot the one at Tradition Town Hall for a terrific family.  This was the second daughter we’ve photographed, and it was going to be really hard to out do Christina’s pix from a couple years ago.  Thats ok, I like a challenge :D .  So with that in mind we set out to shoot Kalene’s wedding.  Saturday was one of those days where the weather had all sorts of tricks in mind, from wind gusts, to light rain to spotty sunshine!  Again…I like a challenge so we made em all work out just fine.   Everyone had a blast (myself included) and our happy bride and groom sailed off to their honeymoon just as the sun set.  Perfect.  To see the gallery just click >>> Read the rest of this entry »

Another cool engagement shoot at Indian Riverside Park

Gotta love Indian Riverside Park. Seems no matter the time of day or the conditions, we can always count on some great shots resulting from sessions there. Sunday was no exception as it was pretty chilly, and quite windy, but the shots were great, as was our couple. We all had so much fun, which is what its all about right? Anyway, you can see a few of our favorites below, and look for their wedding pix this October!!

A Great Family Session at IRSP, With A Great Family too!!

Hey gang,

You might remember Viv and Godwin from their wedding photos a while back.  We had the privilege of photographing them once more for a family session at Indian Riverside Park in Jensen Beach.    Also joining us was their young son Gabe.  As any two year old, he was in constant motion and couldnt be concerned with Mr Brad with the camera!!   It was grand fun watching him go.  We managed to catch a few images with everyone together, and a couple really special ones that were totally spontaneous…which as most of you know is pretty much my favorite kind.    Anyway, enjoy, and Merry Christmas everyone!  To see more pix click>>>> Read the rest of this entry »
