Great news! We just found out that in the June 2010 issue of Golf Magazine, one of our shots of Ernie Els was published on pg 80! This marks the first time a magazine of this magnitude had published one of our images, hopefully the first of many Too bad Golf Mag, forgot to print the photo credit!!!!!!!

Jupiter Beach Wedding and Turtle Creek CC Reception

When you think of a beach wedding, THIS is exactly how you want it to be. Just be mindful of the tide Chris & Crissy, fresh from their E-session (our previous post), tied the knot on the beach in Jupiter, and it was spectacular for sure. Then it was off to the Turtle Creek Club for the reception. The newly renovated Turtle Creek is really a hidden gem. The staff was very attentive, and saw to even the smallest detail, and was a pleasant surprise worth checking out for your next event. Honda Classic Final Round

So after taking Saturday off to shoot baseball, its back to the Honda Classic where Y. E. Yang became the first Korean since K.J. Choi to win on the PGA tour.

Basically the PGA courses are set into a wetland area…lots of great nature shots too.

Yang makes short work of the 18th at PGA National’s Champion course to seal the victory.

Understandably excited, Yang celebrates his first tour victory…..see him at Augusta next month too.

2009 PGA Honda Classic day one

Hey everyone, we had just a couple hrs to shoot the opening day of the 2009 PGA Honda Classic yesterday in Palm Bch Gardens. True to its name, the Bear Trap (15,16,17) grabbed lots of players as they made their way in on this very windy afternoon. We’ll be out for more today and Sunday too!!

The 17th hole and the 3rd hole of the Bear Trap, shown above was a stearn test indeed with the wind howling into the players faces, and the everpresent water looming off to the right and short to catch any shots not hit exactly pure.

Sergio, also on the tee at 15, hit into the sand resulting in an eventual bogey that put him in a tie for 2nd.

On the tee at 16, Sergio would par in to end the day in a tie for 2nd.

Golf Smith Players Club. If you guys are looking for an easy way to keep your handicap and golf stats, this is it. Right now mines a 6. Plus it lets you track as much detail about your game as you’d like, and if you do, it will really show you what parts of your game are costing you the most strokes…..putting.. greens in regulation….the usual suspects for me too.

Rainy day golf tournament at PGA’s Champion Course

The summer golf tournament season is heating up. Yesterday at PGA National, was my first of the summer, and the rain delays made it even worse. We got delayed 3 times in one afternoon. The course was in terrific shape as usual though, and even after the rains it was very playable. I managed to play fairly well, but didnt make some 5-6 footers for par that would have made my 82 a little more impressive.
