An infrared engagement session image from Indian Riverside Park

So Sunday morning found us once again out at Indian Riverside Park in Jensen Beach.  Once again we had a great time with our couple, and captured some cool pix.  This time we even managed a few infrared images too, something we really don’t do very often.  Although it did render some killer takes!  We also incorporated a couple new techniques into our off camera flash routine, so it was fun and productive all at the same time.   See more by clicking the read more button on the right >>>>

Continue reading »]]> By “gifted” we mean literally, this session was a gift from one of our past brides to our new couple!!  What a fantastic thing to have done, and a remarkable gift.   With a collection of images, any variety of uses are now possible.   The hard part our couple found, was to actually pick one…or even narrow it down to several;   and then,  how best to utilize them.  The new guest sign in books are very popular and let you use a much greater number of images than just an enlargement.  Save the date cards are another cool option, and now we can make all sorts of fancy shapes and sizes on some really cool deluxe paper surfaces as well.  IRSP is one of our favorite sites for this type of shoot too, as you can see here, a very wide variety of settings is available all within easy walking distance, allowing us to capture this entire session in approx 45 min to 1hr.

Continue reading »]]> Its summer time, and the beach is the place to be for sure.  Cool (okay warm) breeze, and light surf made for a great setting for his e-session at an old favorite, The House of Refuge in Stuart.  A great combo of settings with the house itself, the beach, the incredible rock formations, and oh….the river is right across the street to go play with as well.

Continue reading »]]> Gotta love Indian Riverside Park. Seems no matter the time of day or the conditions, we can always count on some great shots resulting from sessions there. Sunday was no exception as it was pretty chilly, and quite windy, but the shots were great, as was our couple. We all had so much fun, which is what its all about right? Continue reading »]]> Despite its reputation, White City Park is a great spot for a portrait session.  We got to shoot out there Sunday Morning for one of our upcoming couples.   With the tall oak hammocks and winding waters, its really an amazing place to shoot.  They even had a friend bring out his 67 Camaro and changed into some 50′s attire for a couple shots with the car.  Turns out that friend was the Mom of one of our recent bride and grooms.  Small world.
