Memorial Day Weekend Wedding at Quail Creek Plantation

As we remember those who gave the ultimate sacrifice for our country, we also find this one of the most popular wedding weekends of the year.  This year we wound up at the incredible Quail Creek Plantation in Okeechobee. Unfortunately they only do a handful of weddings annually, and it’s always a treat when we get to shoot there!  Our couple took advantage of an alternate ceremony location on a narrow road which presented a nice canopy of trees and foilage surrounding the spot, which our groom and his guys customized the spot with some cool french doors and lots of florals, hay bales and other signature items.  Once they were wed, we used the cool old road scene for some pix, and also the on site pond, fishin’ hole and cracker style fishin cabin for even more photo fun.  Then we turned the festivities over to the boys from Traxx Entertainment who emceed the party for the rest of the evening. The staff at Quail Creek were incredible and made sure everyone’s wants and needs were well kept, and everyone enjoyed their service as well as their servings!
