Well, even the best laid plans……as they say. For months Liz and Brad planned to have their dream wedding on the top deck of the Lady Windridge Yacht while cruising the intra coastal waterway at sunset. All of which happened Saturday, except for the sunset part and the top deck part. The seasonal rains started early and came often driving the party to the safety of the lower decks. Still, it ended up being a great time for all, just a different version than the one in the mental picture of a yacht wedding. As you can see from the pictures, everyone crammed into the 2nd level sitting area for the ceremony, and then had a wonderful dinner on the 3rd deck. The weather broke just enough to allow some partying for those that didnt mind a sprinkle or two before returning to port. Now Brad and Liz are on their way to Tahiti for a grand honeymoon!! the rains let up just enough to allow us a few nice shots up top. You can see the campers on Peanut Island in the background for the busy Memorial Day weekend.
