We never know exactly what to expect when we are called upon to shoot weddings in someone’s backyard. Rarely does the mental picture match the wedding that follows. Saturday was no exception to that rule. Angela and John had a nice, simple wedding with absolutely no pretenses whatsoever. Gone too was much of the stress, much of the fuss, and much of the so called formalities. All, in all it was a wonderful event, much in character of the participants. We get lots of requests for “smaller” weddings. In many ways, there are no “small weddings” only weddings with fewer guests. As you can see, even with only 25 or so guests, in a small backyard, with no DJ, no bridal bouquet, but some really great people, you can still come away with some amazing images!!
